Payment & Cancellation Policy

At SWYFTBOX, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other secure online payment gateways available at checkout

Note: Payment must be completed successfully before your order is dispatched.

  1. Payment Security
  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.
  • SWYFTBOX does not store your full payment details on our servers.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • For dispatched orders, returns must be processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  1. Failed or Declined Payments
  • If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
  • You will be notified via email to retry payment or update your payment details.
  1. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
  • If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
