Return Window:

  • You can return brand new mobile phones, smartwatches, laptops, routers, and other electronics and accessories within 30 days of receipt.
  • After 30 days, return requests cannot be initiated, and no refund will be issued.

Condition for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Return Shipping:

  • For items valued under £100, customers are required to arrange and pay for the return shipping themselves.

Charges for Returns:

  • Unsealed Products: If the seal is broken but the product is fully functional, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Unreasonable Returns: Returns due to reasons such as different colour or size may incur a handling fee, shipping fee, and a 25% restocking fee based on the grading of the product.
  • Faulty or Not as Described Products: You will receive a full refund or replacement without any charges.
  1. Renewed (Refurbished) Products

Return Window:

  • Renewed products can be returned within 90 days of receipt.

Condition for Return:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

Charges for Returns:

  • Unreasonable Returns: Returns due to reasons such as different colour or size may incur a handling fee, shipping fee, and 25% restocking fee.
  • Faulty or Not as Described Products: You will receive a full refund or replacement without any charges.

Accidental or Customer-Induced Damage:

  • Please note that the renewed guarantee does not cover theft, accidental damage, or software/data loss.
