Warranty Policy

At SWYFTBOX, we want you to enjoy your purchase with peace of mind. Our warranty policies cover both brand new and renewed products as follows:

  1. Brand New Products
  • Brand new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) or our seller warranty.
  • If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or full refund.
  • Returns must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  1. Renewed (Refurbished) Products
  • Renewed products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt.
  • If the product is faulty or not as described, you will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost.
  • Please note: accidental damage, theft, or customer-induced damage is not covered under the renewed guarantee.
  • Software issues or data loss are also not covered.
  1. How to Claim Warranty
  1. Contact our customer support with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or evidence of the fault if requested.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund according to the warranty terms.
  1. Important Notes
  • Warranty claims are only valid for products purchased through SWYFTBOX.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
  • Keep all original packaging and accessories as these may be required for warranty claims.
